Worked with Andres over several months to get things straighten out with an insurance claim from Hurricane Irma. They were the only company that showed up to do the work, all others made the appointment and never followed through. They came when they said they would and weather permitting, (it has been raining a lot) they worked and did a fantastic job. They tested and repaired a leak, resurfaced the entire pool and spa, changed the broken lights, and did the glass replacement work on my waterfall. Andres consulted with me every step of the way. I am a very satisfied customer. Andres was thorough with great follow-through skills. Their crew is very professional, they know their business. Amazing.. I had a pool emergency.. Green and leaking.. pool pump not pumping.... frogs and creatures living in my pool and all I had to do is make 1 phone call and Andres'. He walked me through over the phone to troubleshoot just to save me money.. This company helps you out with out looking at dollar signs.. and because of that they will always get my business. I know now that I will never question any pricing or advice this company gives me.. I called again because my pool cleaner told me I had a leak and Andres' sent Jose who was very professional and even taught me about my pool and what the various valves and switches on my pool are used. Jose explained and showed me how to test for leaks and what was involved with fixing different leaks in different types of scenarios. Thank you for saving my kids summer time fun.read more

I used this company 4 years ago and had a great experience. However i called them 3 weeks ago as i figured that i have another leak. I was charged $295 to detect a leak and then $800 to fix this leak. The pool has not stopped leaking even after they have been paid in full and now they are saying that i have another leak and are asking that i pay $725 more dollars to repair that leak. I did my job as a customer and paid them in full even when the job was not done to my satisfaction, they should in principle comp the other leak since my pool has not stopped leaking. I would stay away from this company as they do not have the best interest of there consumers as top of mindread more

Andres at Sunshine Pool and Leak Stoppers worked with me for over an hour over the phone to fix my pump problem so I wouldn't have to spend money on a problem that I could fix with his help. I highly recommend using this company to fix any pool problems!read more

Lived here for 30 years and have called several companies to address occasional leaks in my pool and no one has ever gone over the pool the way they did. Checked every pipe,the main drain, everything. Excellent job with me they have a customer as long as I own a pool.read more

I have worked in the pool business for over 23 years, 18 years exclusively commercial pools, 5 years with both commercial and residential pools. I was introduced to Jose in July of 2015 and I was skeptical. Having worked with virtually every leak detection company in Florida, many companies talk a big game but few, if any, can back it up. Jose was called in to a job that 3 other companies failed at. The customer (property manager) was fed up and did not want to waste another dime on leak detection.

Jose scheduled a time, was on time. Jose brought high tech equipment and started a systematic assessment of the entire pool and systems. He was sent in to locate a leak... and found 4! The customer went out of his way to tell me how professional he was and the owners were EXTREMELY happy! The pool company I work with looked like heroes. We will only use Jose with Sunshine, he has yet to be stumped at any of the difficult jobs we have sent him in on thus far. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a leak located and resolved!read more
